Paul was in contact with me earlier today. he says you went on a trip with your girl friends and simply didn't come home. I checked in with the office and they told me you haven't been in since last week. Frankly, I thought we left this sort of behavior in the past. I thought getting married and settling down would cure you of your wildness, but it seems like we're back to repeating old habits. I've been checking hospitals and rehabs. I had to inform Paul of the incident from before the two of you met and he was, quite frankly, shocked.

Why would you keep such a thing from your own husband? He could have started looking for the warning signs. He could have prevented this from happening. I thought you moving out to California, closer to your brother, would be good for you. And what do I find? But he's not answering any of my calls either. If he's protecting you from something, you know it will come out eventually.
